Safe delivery


After making an order you will receive an order confirmation in the email address that you gave. Order confirmation is a receipt of your purchase. You can pick up the ordered items from our flagship store (Aulangontie 1 Hämeenlinna, Finland) or we will ship the items to you. The deliver is made using a delivery service that is the most suitable for the ordered items. Don’t worry about the shipping! We have over a 10 years experience in wrapping and packing glass to be delivered safe and sound all over the world. We use as ecological packing materials as possible.



Delivery time



Deliveries worldwide:

Our delivery times vary between different products. When you are browsing through the products in our webshop you will see whether the product is in stock, out of stock and if the product takes some more time to be delivered. This is because some of the products are handcrafted after the order is made. However most of the products are already in stock.


All the items ordered in the same order will be delivered in the same delivery, delivery time being the latest delivery time of the ordered products. If you wish to receive some of the products sooner, please make one order for the products in stock and another order for the products that take longer.

Delivery time for a product that is in stock: 5-15 days depending on the destination country
Delivery time for a product that is made after the order: 14-30 days depending on the destination country
Delivery time for a product that is out of stock: 4 weeks – 8 months days depending on the product type and the destination country


Estimated delivery times and charges are indicated above. May the processing of the order be delayed we will inform you of the new estimated delivery time within 3 days from placing the order if it is concerning about a in-stock product. If it concerns about a longer delivery time productwe will inform you as soon as it possible for us.


Blooming Apple Tree is not resbonsible for any import charges that may concern the orders made outside the E.U. The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

The delivery price is the same whether it is one or several items.

Please take care that you pick up your delivery from the delivery service pick up point within the time period given by the delivery service when you get a notice that the delivery has arrived! After those given days the package will be sent back to us. Customer is always responsible for the costs that are caused by not picking up the delivery in time.

Note that in some cases the delivery comes to your door step and you don’t need to pick it up anywhere. This practice varies in different countries.

Our Gift Cards are always delivered free of charge.

All the items ordered in the same order will be delivered in the same delivery, delivery time being the latest delivery time of the ordered products. However if the delivery time of some product is over 1 month we will deliver the in-stock products sooner and out-of-stock products later without extra charge.

Pick up from our store: 1-2 days
Delivery time for a product that is in stock: 5-7 days
Delivery time for a product that is made after the order: 14 days
Delivery time for a product that is out of stock: 2 weeks – 6 months days depending on the product type

Please take care that you pick up your delivery from the Post Office within 7 days after you get a notice that the delivery has arrived! After those 7 days the package is sent back to us. Customer is always responsible for the costs that are caused by not picking up the delivery in time.

Delivery fee in Finland

Pickin up the delivery from Blooming Apple Tree flagship store (Aulangontie 1 Hämeenlinna, Finland) is always free of charge. The delivery fee in Finland in all deliveries is 5,90 Order over 150 euros are delivered free of charge. The gift cards are always delivered free of charge.



Payment Methods


Making a payment in Blooming Apple Tree webshop is always safe. You can pay via PayPal with your bank or credit card or using your PayPal-account.

Tax Free


We offer Tax Free shopping for customers outside the E.U.!


If you are making the purchase of the products from a country outside the European Union, you will only be charged for the product price. You will see the VAT-free prices when browising through our products. The import charges will be on your responsibility. Such import charges may include, but not limit to: import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please contact your local customs service for further information.

You have a right to return or exchange your ordered item in fourteen (14) days from the date you received your order.

We want our customers to be superhappy, so if you are not satisfied with the purchased product for some reason, please contact us and we'll resolve it together!


The right to return a product doesn't apply if the product is custom-made or altered according to customers wishes (special engravings for example).

Customer will pay the costs of returning a product.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the same condition and in the same packaging you received them.

If the product delivered to you is the wrong one or it is somehow damaged, please inform us immediately within 14 days from the date you have received your order. If the packaging is damaged, please contact us and send a photo of the package so we will make a complaint to the delivery service.
