The right to return a product doesn't apply if the product is custom-made or altered according to customers wishes (special engravings for example).
Customer will pay the costs of returning a product.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and in the same condition and in the same packaging you received them. If the product delivered to you is the wrong one or it is somehow damaged, please inform us immediately within 14 days from the date you have received your order. If the packaging is damaged, please contact us and send a photo of the package so we will make a complaint to the delivery service.
Return a product to our flagship store (Aulangontie 1 Hämeenlinna Finland):
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to make a return. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product.
Once your returned item has arrived and processed you will be notified by email as soon as the refund is made. Purchases paid with a gift card we will refunded back to the same gift card.
How to return by mail or a delivery service:1. Carefully fill out the return form we sent to you with your ordered products.
2. Pack the item you want to return carefully by using the original box. Notice that the glass products especially must be packed with extra care. Customer is responsible for that product is packed well.
3.Make sure the filled out exchange/return form is inside the package.
4. Send it within 14 days from the date you received your order and make sure the address is correct. Customer pays the return fee.
5. Send the package to us using the delivery service that you choose.
6. If the product has been returned according to our instructions, we will refund the full cost of the product. Once your return has arrived and processed you will be notified by email, and the money will be returned the same way that you paid.
